This post is dedicated to a really wonderful kettle from a Japanese firm that has been making enamelled products for 70 years.

I first admired Noda Horo’s teapots at a fabulous London shop called Labour & Wait in Shoreditch.  I thought about purchasing one at the time, but it was the kettle we settled on.  We’ve never had a kettle, but there is something really wonderful about taking the time to boil water on the stove and then making a pot of tea using leaves.

I’m a bit into enamelled products at the moment too;  will post you some pics of my fave baking dishes one day soon.
